Terms of Use

• Personal is a named-user license for one individual. You may use it for commercial work, including at your job. It cannot be transferred to another person.
• Professional seats are owned by the organization that buys them. The organization’s admin assigns each seat to a named person and may reassign it.
• Enterprise licensing is by separate written agreement ([email protected]).

A license gives you a perpetual right to use every version of FlowReactor released during your maintenance period, on up to 3 installations per seat. You may reinstall any of those versions at any time from your account.

Every purchase includes 12 months of updates. Renewing for another 12 months is optional and is a one-time payment you choose to make. We never charge you automatically. If you do not renew, FlowReactor keeps working; versions released after your maintenance period ends need a renewal. Professional seats share one update date and renew together.

• Activating FlowReactor requires an internet connection.
• Personal: the initial offline authorization expires 45 days after purchase. A successful verification after the 30-day refund window removes that expiry, and you can then use FlowReactor offline without limit.
• Professional: FlowReactor verifies the seat at launch and at least every 24 hours while running. Offline authorization expires 7 days after the last successful verification. Removing or reassigning a seat takes effect at the device’s next successful verification.
• A failed network request never revokes a license. When authorization expires, FlowReactor asks you to connect; licensing never deletes or changes your projects, configuration or data.
• A Professional seat whose member has not verified for 90 days returns to the organization’s pool, after an email notice at day 76.

We may revoke a license that was refunded, whose payment was reversed in a dispute decided against us, or that is used in violation of these terms. A license is suspended while a payment dispute is open and reinstated if the dispute is resolved in our favor. See the Refund Policy.

Each account may use one 14-day trial. The trial requires an account and ends on its end date whether or not you are online.

Do not share a seat beyond its installation limit, share one Personal license between people, or circumvent licensing, verification or update eligibility.

FlowReactor is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, FlowReactor LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Changes do not reduce rights you have already paid for.
