If FlowReactor isn’t right for you, FlowReactor LLC gives you a full refund within 30 days of any purchase or renewal, no questions asked. Try it free for 14 days first if you like.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account’s address within 30 days of the payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
What happens after a refund
- A refunded purchase revokes that license.
- A refunded renewal keeps your license and restores the update date you had before the renewal.
- For Professional orders we can refund individual seats; the other seats are not affected.
Payment disputes
If a payment is disputed with your bank, the license it paid for is suspended while the dispute is open. It is reinstated automatically if the dispute is resolved in our favor, and revoked if it is decided against us. Please contact us first; we refund within the 30-day window without a dispute.
After 30 days
Contact us and we will consider your request case by case. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
