Privacy Policy

Last updated Oct 12, 2026

This policy explains what FlowReactor LLC collects through this website and the FlowReactor desktop app, and why. We collect only what we need to run accounts, licenses, billing and support.

  • Account: your email address and name, used for magic-link sign-in.
  • Teams: Professional team names, which seats are assigned to whom, and the email addresses admins invite.
  • Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive what you bought, the amount, tax and the billing details Stripe collects. We never see or store your card number.
  • Installations: for each activated computer, its device name, a hashed machine identifier, platform, app version and check-in times.
  • Connection details: IP address and browser or app version, recorded with sign-ins, license check-ins and beta code use, to keep the service secure and prevent abuse such as shared beta codes.
  • Error reports: technical details of errors on this website and our servers, through Sentry.
  • Email: sign-in links, seat invitations and seat notices, sent through our email provider.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or tracking. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent your data. The desktop app sends no telemetry or crash reports; it contacts us only to check its license and look for updates, and never uploads your FlowReactor projects.

To provide and verify licenses, take payments and issue invoices, manage team seats, answer support requests, keep the service secure, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Only the providers that run the service for us: Stripe (payments and tax), Sentry (error reports), Cloudflare (content delivery, security and analytics), our email provider, and our hosting and storage providers (including Microsoft Azure, which serves downloads). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Account, license and purchase records are kept while your account exists and afterwards as long as tax and accounting law requires. Installation records are kept until the installation is deactivated and for a reasonable period after, for support and fraud prevention. Connection details are kept for up to 12 months.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing [email protected] from your account’s address. Some purchase records must be kept for legal reasons even after deletion.

We will update this page if what we collect changes; the date above shows the latest version. FlowReactor LLC, Perkasie, Pennsylvania. [email protected]
