Refunds and payment disputes

Refunds

Every purchase and renewal can be refunded within 30 days, no questions asked: email us from your account address. A refunded purchase revokes the license; a refunded renewal returns the update date to what it was. Refund Policy

Payment disputes

While a dispute is open, the license is suspended and FlowReactor locks on your computers. If it’s resolved in our favor, the license comes back by itself and FlowReactor unlocks within a few hours. If it was opened by mistake, email us and we’ll help.
